Lindsay M. Garpestad

Lindsay Mikal Garpestad grew up immersed in the agricultural community. Originally from Simms, Montana, Lindsay moved back to central Montana after graduating from Alexander Blewett III School of Law, University of Montana, in 2021.  Before attending law school, Lindsay served as Miss Rodeo Montana in 2016, where she traveled the Montana circuit of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.  Despite being raised by devoted Montana State University parents, she attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where she earned degrees in Political Science and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Since joining the State Bar of Montana, Lindsay has assisted clients with real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, business dissolutions, guardianships/conservatorships, and more. When not in the office, Lindsay and her husband, Aaron Morse, can be found riding her horses, taking photos, cheering on their niece and nephew, spending time with their family, and cheering on Notre Dame football with their dogs.
