Laura Walker

Ms. Walker works closely with her clients, which include corporations, small business and individuals, to develop and implement strategies to achieve their goals. She regularly assists her clients in planning for death or disability, transitions and sales of businesses, and real estate transactions. She also represents fiduciaries in probate and trust administration, including contested cases. For her business clients, Ms. Walker routinely advises and prepares all legal documents necessary for appropriate business structures and governing agreements.

Laura grew up in Livingston, Montana.  After obtaining her B.A. with honors in 2003 from MSU-Bozeman and her J.D. from the University of Montana in 2006, Laura decided to make Great Falls home. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter and dog, especially enjoying Montana’s many outdoor activities, but is usually cheering at a local youth sports event.  She also regularly volunteers with the Eagle Mount Adaptive Ski Program, has been the past president of Junior League of Great Falls, and serves on the Board for the Montana School for the Deaf and Blind.
