Heather Starnes

Heather M. Starnes grew up in an Army family and married into an Air Force family.  She has lived in eight states, in three countries, and on three continents, but is now proud to call Montana home.  Heather regularly assists her clients in developing strategies and preparing all legal documents necessary with death and disability planning, business and transition planning, and special needs planning.  Heather also assists clients in contested matters including probates, contract disputes, commercial litigation and guardianships.

Heather graduated with honors from Baylor University with an undergraduate degree in economics, French and German.  She then earned her law degree and M.B.A. from St. Mary’s University in 2008.  Heather is licensed in both Texas and Montana.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.  As such, she can usually be found fishing, hiking, or skiing (weather permitting), watching youth sports, reading a good book, or volunteering with Junior League of Great Falls.
